Add Database support for performing CRUD operation for taking notes

Description

There are two underlying issues in the talking notes section: -

  • Currently, we don't have any section for showing taken notes!
  • We need to discuss what will be the approach for storing the notes data we will be using the local database or will be using API for it !!
