Some addresses can cause an infinite loop in trash intent

Describe the bug When the address “1 Commonwealth Ave” is inputted, Alexa goes on an infinite loop when user inputs a neighborhood.

To Reproduce User: Alexa, use boston info to find my trash day at 1 commonwealth ave Skill: I found multiple places with that address: B - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, 1 - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, D - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, A - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, 4 - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, C - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, 3 - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, 2 - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, 5 - 1 Commonwealth Ave, Boston. Which neighborhood is it in? Expected behavior In this case these all seem to be different variations on the same building. We should merge these and only find the single address.
