Website outreach_and_communication: Update Social Media Access

The current Social Media Access scraper is the legacy one from the hackathon. It simply checks ["twitter.com", "facebook.com", "instagram.com","youtube.com","linkedin.com"] in the page's html. It seems efficient but it may be good to check if it actually works. Typically a bootstrapped javascript banner containing the link to the social media access would not be scraped.
