CCUG 如何获得Cassandra 读写请求在线程池里的等待时间

想请问一下，对于Cassandra里的读写操作，每个请求都被放在一个线程池里等待操作，现在很想知道这个等待时间，不知道应该从哪里入手？谢谢！
