[Docs Update] Add a short description for coverage % metric explanation
Description
We heard customers asking these questions: what does the coverage% means, and how is it being generated? Can we add an overview short explanation at the top of this page, to answer these 2 questions above?
Also explain it on the components area.

Additional Information
We're displaying the average of the most recent time series bucket in the coverage % column for both components and flags, it should be the most recent coverage for the flag or component uploaded on the latest commit top right of the components page (branch selector and latest commit don't exist on the flags page).
It may also make sense to add branch and latest commit to flags page too.
