Feature Request: Proactive notification around hitting seat limit for cloud customers

Requesting notification and messaging to alert org admins that they “are going to hit the seat limit”. Maybe an option to toggle this alert on/off, and the ability to set the number of seats remaining to get notified, and to be notified by pop up or banner in the UI, and/or email notification.
