Is @v2 of this Action using the new Codecov uploader?

The official Codecov docs say that there's a new x-plat version of the Codecov uploader and that we all should migrate to that.

Does that mean this Github Action is now obsolete and we should migrate off this?

Or is the @v1 version of this Github action the old, crappy one .. while the @v2 version of this Github action is all okay and uses the new uploader and we can just keep using @v2 of this action?

From what I read in the readme, the v2 of this action use the new uploader, so should be ok.

Due to the deprecation of the underlying bash uploader, the Codecov GitHub Action has released v2 which will use the new uploader. You can learn more about our deprecation plan and the new uploader on our blog.

v2+ of the action is using the Node uploader here, correct
