Remove the Facebook "need for assistance".

The issue is that I don't think this "action item" is supported well enough. It should be removed until proper support pieces are in place at an organization level.

Either remove it altogether or add wording directing people to join the slack community to contact us. Another solution is for one of the leader (or several) to volunteer there LinkedIn or other social media (that they will check often) to use as a communication point.
