Docker Hub Readme

Shouldn't the docker Readme at https://hub.docker.com/r/codeception/codeceptjs rather hold the content of this file https://github.com/Codeception/CodeceptJS/tree/master/docker. Some usage information right of the bat would be great.

I assume the new docker hub url is https://hub.docker.com/r/codeceptjs/codeceptjs and if yes, please also update the references in the docker readme (was about to open bug report when using codeception/codeceptjs, until i randomly found codeceptjs/codeceptjs and it just works)
