The 64-bit version of the released binaries fails to be loaded in the debugger

The 64-bit version of the compiled plugin binaries (2017-10-24) fails to load, while the 32-bit version works fine. After building the project with Visual Studio 2013 (with static-ly linked versions of CD and IUP) the 64-bit worked!. I'm not really sure why the 64-bit refuses to load.

  • Reproduced on: snapshot_2017-10-24_01-20 and an older build snapshot_2017-09-12_00-45.

Is there any update about this issue ? the release package is still not working .
