Preventing PayPal from working

In several occasions the add-ins has been causing PayPal to load the login/payment page indefinitely, making it impossible to complete the payment. Very annoying, I finally found out it's this add-in causing it, had to disable them all one by one. The last time I've experienced this was from the website of the German railways, www.bahn.de: checkout via PayPal impossible, but works again as soon as the add-in is disabled

I experience the same problem every time I use paypal. Any update on this?
