Not working with windows 10 x64

Hi, after install this plugin and change the transparency value, nothing is updated and also the value is not updated in the menu.

Hi @ariel-lenis! Is this still this case on Windows?

Also, now you can try setting a default config on Hyper's main config file. Please, refer to #13. Thanks!

For me, it doesn't provide any transparency. Windows 10 1709. Adjusting the alpha changes the color shade but there is no transparency.

No luck trying the #13 fix. Still get the same prompt.

Not sure if it might be related to this: https://github.com/zeit/hyper/blob/41b1ac1852bec5e34a61c897a4b262073aa996a7/app/ui/window.ts#L36

I'll try go get some time to test on Windows.

Spend some hours trying to setup a dev environment on Windows and got frustrated before being able to make it run. If someone can help investigating on Windows that will be appreciated.
