Transparency is disabled after going to fullscreen mode

I think that the transparency is disabled as I go into full screen mode in macOs

That is the default behaviour for macOS. Try opening a new tab in Safari. The background should be transparent. Now, if you switch to fullscreen the transparency should be gone.
