Description of the bug

I attempted to set up the project locally using Docker, but encountered issues related to Vue.js during the process:

I tried resolving the issue by modifying dependency versions and updating a few related files, but was ultimately unsuccessful in getting the project to run locally. Any guidance or suggestions to help troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.
