First & Last name are swapped in some places

Describe the bug

The first name is set as "Nume"/"Nume de familie" and the last name as "Prenume" in some exports.

Expected behavior

The first & last names should be consistent across the whole platform.

Additional context

They seem to be swapped in:

• [ ] The admin interface
• [ ] The data export
• [ ] The models' verbose name
