Fix deprecation of ProjectManagerListener.projectOpened(Project)

Needs to be fixed for future Jetbrains releases as it is scheduled for removal. It is used here. Possible new implementations are listed here.

I assume the deprecation kicked in, as code4me isn't available anymore for the current IntelliJ/PyCharm.

Not compatible with the version of your running IDE (IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2.2, PyCharm 2023.2.1)
