Archive Page - for Issue 29

The archive page contains a category list and a year list where each item in each list shows the number of posts matching that category/year.

Clicking on a category or year will take the user to a page listing the posts in that category/year.

A set of permalinks will make any category or date available at:

/category/[category name] /archives/[year] (optional /[month]/[day])
