bug: Search not working

Describe the bug The search functionality on the index page is not working properly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Search any topic
  2. Topic is not filtered

Expected behavior Topics are filtered according to search

This has already been fixed #578. It's not been deployed yet.

I'm still experiencing the same issue on the live site (search and sorting not functioning). It seems the PR was merged, but the changes might not be reflected in production. Could someone confirm if it's deployed or if there's a caching/deployment issue? @devsargam @hkirat
