Notes taking feature for students

PR Fixes:

• this allows users to take notes for a particular lecture.
• the notes will get linked to lecture as well as there will be global notes section for a user where he/she can see all the notes they made.

Resolves #[Issue Number if there]

will provide users with notion like note taking experience very similar to this
