bug: Login Page Password Visibility Toggle Alignment Issue

Describe the bug The password visibility toggle button on the login page is not properly aligned within the input box. resulting, when a user clicks on the password input box, the focus border does not appear on the password visibility toggle button.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go to 'login page'
  2. click on password input box
  3. See error
