bug: Controls Freeze After Popup Auto-Hide in Video Player
Describe the bug When interacting with the video player's bottom controls (like Speed or Settings), if the popup remains open for a few seconds (~3 seconds), it disappears automatically. After that, hovering over the controls area (including the buttons or the video timer) doesn't trigger any UI elements to reappear. The controls remain unresponsive until the video area is clicked.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Play a video.
- Hover over the video player's bottom control bar.
- Click on any option like Speed or Settings.
- Wait for about 3 seconds without moving the cursor (let the popup auto-hide).
- Try hovering again on the control bar or video time area.
- Notice that nothing appears unless you click the screen.
Expected behavior After the popup auto-hides, hovering over the controls or video timer should make the controls reappear without needing to click the video area.

- Browser [chrome]
Additional context This affects user experience by making it seem like the controls are broken. Requiring a click to restore hover functionality breaks the intuitive behavior expected from a video player.
Works perfectly on Zen browser.
Works perfectly on Firefox browser.
It is resolved in Google chrome now.
