feature: confirmation before deleting a question

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, clicking the delete button on a question immediately deletes the question without any confirmation or warning. This can lead to accidental deletions.

Describe the solution you'd like A simple confirmation step before deletion. When the trash icon is clicked, two buttons will appear—one to cancel the deletion and one to confirm it.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative approach could be displaying a confirmation dialog box before deletion.
