Updater Scripts: Improve waiting for the reachability of the updater-service
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. While updating, it is necessary to wait after starting refinery until the updater-service is able to handle requests. Atm, this is implemented by a sleep command. This solution can result in mainly two bad outcomes. First, if the sleeping time is too short the service is still not reachable and the update fails. Second, the sleeping time is way too long and causes unnecessary blocking time.
Describe the solution you'd like Develop a more sophisticated solution to wait until the updater-service is reachable. For example, waiting inside a while loop which checks the reachability.
