Monitor running tasks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are a lot of background tasks running, e.g. embedding creation, tokenization or zero-shot. It can become difficult to keep track of running tasks.

Describe the solution you'd like On project overview page, provide insights into currently running tasks like tokenization, embeddings or heuristics

Describe alternatives you've considered Notification center writing updates, but the notes can be overseen (e.g. while you're getting a well-deserved cup of coffee) or can become spammy.
