[ENH] - Optimize some database requests

Noticed on managed app that the data browser can take some time to load. For the data browser this is likely related to the user collection query.

Same goes for the project overview depending on the record / weak supervision amount this can take quite long (1.3 min with ~10 projects with ~30k records and weak supervision etc.
