[MODULE] - Greeting extractor

Please describe the module you would like to add to the content library I want to work with chats which contain greetings; I don't care for them, so I want to remove them. But to do that, I need to find them. For instance:

Hello Leo,

it's a great summer's day.

Bye, Johannes

This should detect Hello Leo,

Do you already have an implementation? -

Additional context Either based on regex, zero-shot or lookup lists

I have a few follow-up questions: Are theses chats always in english? Do they contain proper punctuation like in your example? Is there always an enter after the greeting or do you also have one liners with the whole chat in one line?

Depending on the answer it will change my approach ;)
