Upon checking the main page and the comments section, it can be seen that the three-dot icon is missing, which makes it impossible to edit or remove a comment, or to mark a video as “not interesting.”

I was able to reproduce this by enabling the "Hide Dots on Thumbnails" option. Please check if that is enabled, if it is, the solution for now would be to simply disable the option.
As for fixing the option itself, from a cursory glance it seems that the current implementation ends up being far too broad in it's scope and as such ends up disabling all three-dot action menus across the entire page whenever the setting is enabled.
Yeah this fixes it. I can’t believe I missed that while checking, or that I even enabled it in the first place. Thanks, and sorry for the false alarm.
