Arabic Subtitles Support

Please add support for Arabic subtitles to the "Improve YouTube" extension. This would greatly improve the utility of the extension for users who rely on Arabic subtitles.

hi! & thanks @iamysfy This suggestion isn't definite to me yet. We only have toggles yet to make settings for youtube's subtitles (including RTL and arabic).
