HEX code for custom themes

⚬ PROBLEM: I'm frustrated when choosing a custom theme, and I have a specific color palette but I have to eyeball it on the color square to try to get it.

⚬ SOLUTION:
Add an option in custom theme color picking for HEX code entry

⚬ ALTERNATIVES: Add options for color picker, RGB sliders with numbers, etc.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Everyone who uses custom themes and trying to match it to their theme would benefit.
