Remove the metrics label tag in datadog unsupported KL from cdc docs
Fixes DOC-11193, DOC-11214
Removes the known limitation from the changefeed docs that inaccurately says that metric label tags aren't supported in datadog.
Updates a limitation that metrics labels aren't supported in tenanted setups.
