Add FAQ that applicants should try to apply to two orgs

Most applicants to coala will be unsuccessful, due to high demand. For best results, applicants should also apply at a second org. Opened by @jayvdb at Gitter

git commit -m "Title" -m "Description .........."

another way can be write git commit

it will open the vim editor

you can edit it there refer to Stack Overflow for more details 😉
