projects Import 2016 GSOC projects

As part of https://github.com/coala/projects/issues/106 , we should have some 2016 GSOC projects imported, and they can be marked as completed right now, so we can develop that functionality now.

See https://gitlab.com/coala/GSoC2016/issues/89 for a list of the project.

All 2015 & 2016 GSOC projects were completed successfully, so there are no mess situations to worry about.

I am not sure where more information can be found. Many of the 2016 students are now mentors, and can be found in the coala gitter rooms, and can be asked for more information.
