Update .gitignore for ignoring the .idea dir and .DS_Store

Also currently coala-ci is emitting *.orig files, causing problems. We should be disabling that in CI (mobanising CI so this doesnt need to be done in every repo), and adding it to .gitignore

@KVGarg, no. Becuase you've done 2 newcomer PRs already. @jayvdb, this could be a GCI issue. Or a good newcomer issue.
