Welcome to CNCF Project Onboarding! This is an issue created to help onboard your project into the CNCF after the TOC has voted to accept your project. We would like to complete onboarding within one month of acceptance.

From the project side, please ensure that you:

[ ] Domain: transfer domain to the CNCF - https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/theme/portal/2/create/63

Things that CNCF will need from the project:

[x] Provide emails for the maintainers added to https://maintainers.cncf.io in order to get access to the maintainers mailing list and ServiceDesk - [email protected] is the best email to send those to
[ ] Trademarks: transfer any trademark and logo mark assets over to the LF - https://github.com/cncf/foundation/tree/master/agreements has agreements
[x] GitHub: ensure thelinuxfoundation, caniszczyk, and krook are added as initial org owners, this helps us make sure we have continuity of GH ownership that we will onboard to our GitHub Enterprise instance: https://github.com/enterprises/cncf
[x] GitHub: ensure DCO or CLA are enabled for all GitHub repositories of the project
[x] GitHub: ensure that that the CNCF Code of Conduct (or your adopted version of it) are explicitly referenced at the project's README on GitHub
[ ] Website: ensure LF footer is there and website guidelines followed (if your project doesn't have a dedicated website, please adopt those guidelines to the README file of your project on GitHub).

Hi Kuasar team,

You are now onboarded onto the CNCF GitHub Enterprise account. However, we still need to add thelinuxfoundation as an owner of your org.

Once thelinuxfoundation is an owner, we can then onboard you to LFX Insights (which is a matter of adding an app, similar to adding the DCO bot) which uses read only, public data to drive the reports on the Insights dashboard.

That would mark both of these checklist items as up-to-date and complete (and it supersedes the need to add Chris and I as owners):

Thanks @Burning1020. The invite was accepted.

The LFX Insights onboarding task is now marked complete on the CNCF side.

Once the initial data load finishes, I'll share a link to your project-specific dashboard where you can explore dashboards and reports. It should be ready for you by the end of the week.

FOSSA Team is now setup, cncf-kuasar-maintainers is setup as a user and added to the team.

I have shared the credentials with @Burning1020.

Next step, add project repos to the team in FOSSA.

@Burning1020 let me know when have imported your project repos on FOSSA. It should be straight forward, follow the Quick Import workflow to get started. Should you encounter any problems, reach out to on CNCF Slack and I will support you in setting up license scanning.

FOSSA Team is setup but no projects have been added.

@RobertKielty I joined the CNCF FOSSA Team, and quick import all Kuasar projects in CNCF Process Automation team. It told me it may take several minutes to import but, I couldn't find it now. https://app.fossa.com/projects

@Burning1020 I just now added you to the Kusar team on FOSSA, (accepting the invite is not enough, I have to add you to the team as a separate step)

If you add the your code repos to the Kuasar team now get a scan going then we can call this done.
