Adding brand guidelines and logos for the proposed Crossplane Conformance Program

This PR is to add the proposed Crossplane Conformance Program's brand guideline document and PNG/SVG versions of the certification logos. Included are both colorized and black/white versions as well as versions for high resolution screens.

Hi @caniszczyk - just wanted to bring this up again. The artwork for the Crossplane Conformance Program is ready to be merged upon reveiw.
