Default resources allocated

Should some default resources (2Gb of RAM, 70% CPU) be specified in the default Vagrant file?

Hi,

i have no experience if we should do that? Do you have any default settings in your files?

@andyskipper htop in that vagrant machine. brew install htop on mac, sudo apt-get install htop ubuntu, sudo yum install htop centos
