add support of zOS DB2

is there a support of zOS DB2 already? if so, will be volunteering to test. if not, will be create a draft PR to start work on adding the support.

@robert-s-lee I don't think anybody has ever tested on DB2 and certainly not on zOS. Send us a PR if you can!

@apavlo - we will probably start testing on Db2 soon (LUW at first, other versions (Cloud, Db2U, RDS, z/OS...) might follow later this year). Is there anything we should pay special attention to?

@janssensludovic I would start with the easy benchmarks (TPC-C, TATP, Smallbank). I'm pretty sure these are the most executed ones in our framework.
