Is it possible this library be updated to become JSHint compliant? I'm seeing things like `arguments.callee` in the code?

It'd be nice if there was a reference to the jQuery version used as base.

I'm considering potentially updating this domReady snippet/code, but it's hard to tell whether it would be worth it or not since it's not currently dated.
