Improve status indicator in Action Icon when score is calculated.

We currently just use a solid square color.

In this issue let's brainstorm some designs for what it could look like.

What if we showed three little github icons in a horizontal line. These would be like a traffic light. Left icon green, middle is yellow and right is green.

All the icons would be black and white unless its the repos current 'health'

We could try that but its quite small in the browser UI.

I like it. We would need to make sure we have colors for all the grades that contrast well enough with white text.

@cmgriffing Do we possibly need to revisit the default background colors that are being set now?

I came up with this but don't particularly like it that much 😬 .

I think the badgeText is a good addition that makes this issue change course a bit.

Instead, let's concentrate this on improving out colors like the 100% green and the failing red.
