ability to re-set concurrency value after constructed

I am planing to adjust the concurrency depending on external factors, at runtime, after constructed. It would be nice doing it with setConcurrency public function.

@tolgaulas Thanks for reporting, I think that this feature makes perfect sense :+1:

There are currently no immediate plans to build this from my end (no demand at the moment and more important outstanding issues currently), but I would be really happy to accept PRs :+1:
