An embattled fesse is embattled both above and below

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Or a fesse embattled sable."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This has embattlings both above and below, but should have embattlings 
only on the top side.

Also, we should also support "a fesse counter-embattled", which should 
have embattlings on both sides.
