AWS configured with MFA, can't access from AWS cli or aws.s3 to S3

I have configured AWS CLI and downloaded from current repository aws.s3 package. When I am trying to run get_bucket() I get an error:

List of 4 $ Code : chr "AccessDenied" $ Message : chr "Access Denied"

Please advise, is it the MFA that breaks this?
