Integration with KEDA

I think it makes sense to provide some bindings with KEDA to provide autoscaling (I know we already have support for knative), it would be interesting since KEDA has been gaining popularity now that it has been accepted by CNCF

Good idea, I've also had KEDA on the list to explore for autoscaling.
