RFE: CLI support for setting repo GPG/RSA keys

Currently I have to use raw curl calls to interact with these API:

https://help.cloudsmith.io/reference/repos_gpg_create https://help.cloudsmith.io/reference/repos_rsa_create

Adding the corresponding get API and regenerate would probably also be useful.
