[Feature Request]: Customization option for "color-text-expandable-section-default"

There is no option to customize the color for SideNavigation Headings/Links as color-text-expandable-section-default is not present in TypedOverride.

Currently side navigation text/link are in black color which is being set by color-text-expandable-section-default. An option to override this by TypedOverride in theme would allow to customize the colors with brand colors.
