Add ability to have Sticky at top

it would be nice to have a sticky at the top so that you could have a post with info stay there. I made a quick mockup image as an example

so no matter how many posts you do. the sticky stays at the top.

Is the idea to have a single sticky note, or multiple ones?

for myself I would only need a single sticky note, if I needed from more then one, I would combine them into a single note.

Personally I'd prefer if the sticky notes were shown at the top only when they would otherwise appear.

Currently if I stick a note with #foo and I search for #bar the #foo note will be at the top.

I'd prefer if I have 3 notes with #foo and I stick one of them then I'd see that at the top when I search for #foo, but when I search for #bar it doesn't show up.
