[Chore]: avoid logging the complete Pod definition when triggering a failover/switchover

What happened?
CNPG logs the Pod definition of every instance when triggering a switchover or a failover. Perhaps having just the replication status is enough, and we can reserve the full Pod logging to a tracing level.
This would help to enhance the readability of our logs.
