update package in npm

The latest files should be pushed into npm to allow people to use the package w/o using the git repo. Moreover, there are some errors in the current npm version taht makes it unusable.

+1 ... resourcer is actually quite stable after a couple of new commits get in: https://github.com/cloudhead/resourcer/issues/17

All tests are passing. @cloudhead and my fork(s) are nearly convergent. All that is needed is more work on validation and it's ready for 0.1.0.
