Instana Agent Implementation containing necessary framework code and tests. This will enable Instana Agent initialization and configuration for Java buildpack.

@anthonydahanne @pivotal-david-osullivan and Java Buildpack maintainers.

We have implemented the support for Instana APM on Java Buildpack, we were able successfully test the code on CF account. I would really appreciate if maintainers could review and merge our contribution. We are looking to announce the Integration once this is available.

We would really appreciate if someone could respond on this. We have the customers who are waiting for this to available.

There will be announcement of the integration once this is released. Java is the first language we have started with and other languages will follow.
