Align release versions for the release and the contained files

The releases are tagged as v1.2.3 but the file names omit the leading v which makes automated handling of the files a bit cumbersome. Other releases omit the v entirely.

We should at least consistently have the v or not, probably the best way would be to follow the pattern other releases use.
